Do you want your order billed with your personal or company VAT number to try to deduct your taxes?

In the checkout, when putting your address there will be a box saying: company (optional).

Just fill that box with your VAT number, then you will be good to go!

A product that is sold out, is going to be back on stock?

Yes, a product that is sold out is going to be reset as soon as possible, however, it can take up to approximately 2-3 weeks. Our discontinued products will be removed from our website.

What are the sizes of your glasses?

Being very flexible, our glasses were designed to please any type of facial structure. Check our glasses size here.

What are the sizes for Kids?

The glasses for the Kids have the same size as the ones for adults, therefore they are only advised for +10year old Kids. From that age, our glasses start to fit well in the majority of people´s faces.

How do I verify if my order was correctly placed?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page and we will help you with your process.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

Once the order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all your order details. Whenever your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number. On the delivery day, you will receive a message from the transport company, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery if necessary.

What are the payment methods that you accept?

Do you accept exchanges and returns? 

Of course we do. We want our customer to feel good all the time, and if you are in doubt about some product we are here to help you. For returns, you just need to send the glasses back to us, and we will refund you with the total value if the glasses do not present any kind of damage. If you want to make an exchange, just send us back your model and tell us which one do you prefer. All the transportation costs are carried by the customer.
