How do we ship your order?

We use a premium service for all our orders. Once we send your pair of LEKOs, you will receive a tracking number to follow the status of your order at all time.

 

Do you ship all around the world?

Yes! We ship worldwide! We believe that the LEKOs should be all around the world :)

Portugal 

- Continent: Free Shipping  (1 to 5 Business days)

- Açores and Madeira: 2,90€ - (2 to 4 Business days)

Spain: 4,90€ (2 to 5 Business days)

Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom: 6,70€ (2 to 7 Business days)

Rest of Europe: 8,90€ (2 to 7 Business days)

USA: 16,90€ (5 to 12 Business Days)

Rest of the World: 16,90€ (5-12 Business Days)

 

How do I track my order?

Whenever you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all your order details. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail informing you about the respective tracking number.

On the delivery day, you will also receive a message from the transport company, that will allow you to reschedule your delivery if necessary. 

Note: All users are responsible for any customs fees charged in their destination country. Customs fees and charges are applied according to the laws of each country. All products purchased in our website are shipped from Portugal, a member of the European Union.

The time of delivery might be increased if applicable customs clearance and if you buy during the weekend. In addition, above dates are the expected under normal conditions. Particular conditions might increase delivery dates.
